Organic Basil, Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Garlic Cloves, Lemon, Pecorino Romano Cheese, Olive Oil, Himalayan Salt and Rainbow Crushed Peppercorn

Ingredients to make fresh basil pesto
Yields 1 Cup
- 2 Cups fresh organic basil
- 1/2 Cup raw pumpkins seeds
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon
- 1/2 Cup Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil
- Himalayan salt to taste
- Rainbow crushed peppercorn to taste
Directions
Place the first 5 ingredients in Vitamix. Slowly pour extra virgin olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
This recipe can be made one day ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator

To really step it up a notch garnish with some lemon zest!
